Easier said than done

Anybody have a suggestion for a better name of this blog?

I feel OK about my activity level increasing. Hopefully I can keep that up, since I'm doing as well in the area of calories.

First Post

Here's where I will started logging to try and keep myself accountable. You may not see a post everyday, but this is some where to start. Warning: this will be a boring blog ... as if the other one isn't already a mind-numbing read.

I roughly calculated my calories for Monday, January 22, 2007. I had to guess on a few things.
