Easier said than done

Anybody have a suggestion for a better name of this blog?

I feel OK about my activity level increasing. Hopefully I can keep that up, since I'm doing as well in the area of calories.

Wednesday

Thursday

Calories: 2210
Activity: Crosstrainer, 20 minutes; bike 20 minutes
