I got my WW journal and started logging my food intake, and there is a note in there that says something like, "if you haven't tracked your food this week -- don't worry -- just start now". genius in its simplicity. i let things like that get me all out of whack, when really, every day is a new day and it's never too late to start taking steps toward better health. :)
